All nearby locations and cities are welcome to book. If your address falls outside our active delivery routes, your order will be cancelled with an immediate 100% refund.
How long do the pumpkins last? Will they rot before Halloween? Thanksgiving?
Typically, un-carved pumpkins and gourds easily last 8-12 weeks, even some up to 3 months, depending on direct sun exposure and weather conditions. If you are selecting an early delivery date(first 2 weeks of September), we recommend an earlier removal date.(first few weeks of November)
Do I need to be home for the delivery and styling?
No, you do not need to be home! As long as we have clear, unobstructed access to your front porch or entryway, we can deliver and design your custom arrangement. We send a text notification before and after your installation is complete, along with a photo of your beautiful new porch!
How long will my mums last? Can I choose the color of the mums?
With proper care, your mums can stay beautiful for up to 8 weeks, depending on the weather. To help them last as long as possible, water them regularly—especially during warm, dry weather—and avoid letting the soil dry out completely. Cooler fall temperatures will help extend their bloom, allowing you to enjoy vibrant color throughout the season. Because mum availability changes throughout the season, we can't guarantee specific colors. However, you're welcome to leave your preferred color—or let us know if there's a color you'd like us to avoid—in the comments section at checkout. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Can I customize my package or add backyard setup?
Absolutely! While our base packages are expertly curated for optimal fullness and visual depth, you can easily use our on-page dropdown menus to add upgrades like mums, mini straw bales, and even Backyard/Patio Layout. Have an exceptionally grand entrance to your home, or perhaps a commercial business that needs an exceptional amount of customization? Don't hesitate to reach out, we will work with you to get you the look you need!
What happens to the pumpkins at the end of the season?
You have total flexibility! You can handle the cleanup yourself, or you can select our popular Post-Season Removal & Disposal Add-on at checkout. If selected, our crew will return during your chosen removal week to haul away, clean, and dispose of the entire display, leaving your porch pristine for the coming of the holiday season. We have partnered with landowners and farmers who will utilize the pumpkins as food for livestock!
How early should I book my slot?
Because we provide custom, hands-on styling for every single home, our weekly delivery windows are strictly capped. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we highly recommend booking your delivery and design as soon as our calendar opens to secure your preferred week.
What if I don't know which package is right for my home?
No problem! We'll help you choose the collection that best fits your home's size, architecture, and style. If you're unsure, simply reach out before booking and we'll be happy to make a recommendation.
