The Pumpkin Express LLC provides seasonal porch decorating services, including the delivery and installation of pumpkins, gourds, mums, cornstalks, hay bales, and other seasonal décor. Certain packages may also include scheduled removal at the end of the season.

Services are offered only within our designated service area and are subject to availability.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify an order if:

• Products become unavailable.

• Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery.

• The delivery location is unsafe or inaccessible.

• Payment cannot be successfully processed.

• An order contains incorrect or incomplete information.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to discuss available options.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The Pumpkin Express LLC does not store your full credit card information.

4. Natural Products

Our displays feature real pumpkins, gourds, flowers, straw, cornstalks, and other natural materials.

Because these are natural products, variations in size, shape, color, texture, stem length, markings, and overall appearance are normal and should be expected. No two displays will look exactly alike, and these natural variations are not considered defects.

Natural materials are also subject to weather, sunlight, temperature changes, moisture, wildlife, insects, and normal seasonal aging. The Pumpkin Express LLC cannot guarantee how long natural products will last after installation.

5. Delivery & Property Access

By placing an order, you authorize The Pumpkin Express LLC and its authorized representatives to enter your property on the scheduled delivery date for the purpose of delivering, installing, maintaining (if included), and removing (if included) your seasonal display.

You represent that you have the authority to grant access to the property where the display will be installed.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the installation area, including securing pets and removing any hazards that could interfere with delivery or installation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you also authorize The Pumpkin Express LLC and its authorized representatives to return to the property during the agreed removal period to retrieve any rental or reusable materials included with your package.

If we are unable to safely access the property or complete the installation due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the service or charge an additional service fee if a return visit is required.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a successful installation, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

• Ensure the installation area is reasonably safe and accessible.

• Secure pets during delivery and installation.

• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect delivery.

• Inspect the display upon completion and contact us promptly with any concerns.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if your order has not yet been prepared, scheduled for delivery, or installed.

Once materials have been purchased specifically for your order or your display has been prepared, delivered, or installed, refunds may not be available.

If The Pumpkin Express LLC is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund or another mutually agreed-upon resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pumpkin Express LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, is the property of The Pumpkin Express LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy
